These terms apply to your use of tuckwellco.com and any purchase you make from Tuckwell & Co., a store operated by ASLAN ONLINE ORDER LLC, 8 The Green, Ste 10899, Dover, DE 19901. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Effective date: October 29, 2026.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions. We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
3. Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe.
4. Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Shipping and returns. Shipping, delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Product use. Please follow the care and use instructions provided with each product. Our products are intended for normal household use.
7. Intellectual property. The content of this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Tuckwell & Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
