Tuckwell & Co. is operated by ASLAN ONLINE ORDER LLC, 8 The Green, Ste 10899, Dover, DE 19901 ("we", "us"). We collect only the information needed to process your orders and run our store, and we never sell your personal information. Effective date: October 29, 2026.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the items you purchase.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send to our support email.
- Browsing data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your orders and send order and tracking updates.
- To respond to your questions, returns and refund requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To improve our website and, if you subscribe, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment partners and carriers (to ship your order), our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email service providers. They may use your information only to provide these services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and advertising. We use cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout to work. If we use advertising or analytics tools (for example, to measure the performance of our ads), we will list them here and you can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email support@tuckwellco.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention and security. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and protect your information using industry-standard security measures.
Children. Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
